What do i need to bring?
Most buggies are fine for this class.
Comfortable shoes such as trainers are essential.
Plenty of water.
Sunscreen/hats.
Snacks/books/toys for little one.
A mat/blanket to lie on.
Do i have to run?
It is important to listen to your body as it will tell you what your limitations are. There is always a low impact option to all exercises performed and power walking is the option many mums take instead of running. It is completely up to you.It is essential to work at your own pace!
What if my baby needs me?
There may be times when baby needs your attention. It is important that they too enjoy the experience so please know that it is ok to stop and attend to baby at anytime....you can always catch up!
Is the class ever cancelled?
I would never expect mums to take their babies out into the very cold, wet and rain so if the weather is adverse on the morning of the class then please refer to either this website or the Facebook Group page for updated information regarding any changes.
or just phone or text to check!!
