Why did i start Buggy Moves?
 
Thats easy!There is nothing like this in Hertford for new mums that want to start exercising again after giving birth.I teach Antenatal/HypnoBirthing classes and attend births as a Doula so therefore my Buggy Moves class is a great way to continue seeing my mums after they have birthed too.There is no better reason than this.
 
I enjoy exercising myself and have always done it.I have been a Fitness and Aerobics instructor since i was 21 and have worked for many years doing this and i really enjoy it.
 
I also enjoy meeting new mums and i welcome all mums that i have not met before to also come along and join the class for some fitness fun!

I have been a group exercise and personal fitness trainer for 8 years now. I teach several classes a week including Buggy Moves and specialise in Post natal exercise. I also teach Pilates both one to one and in groups  I decided to train and take Buggy classes in Sept 2008 after having my son Kai and am now happy to be part of the Buggy Moves team. RSA Exercise to Music Level 2,
NVQ Personal Trainer & Clinical Personal Trainer Level 2, 
NVQ Teaching Fitness & theory knowledge level 3 
& NVQ Teaching Fitness Pilates level 3.
 
I also teach Bodybalance and Bodyjam for Nuffield Fitness and Wellbeing Hertford.
 
My Buggy Moves class runs each Wednesday 10am -11am @ John Warner Sports Centre Hoddesdon.
